Refund policy

If something went wrong with your order, join our Discord server and create a ticket. Include your order details and license key privately.

Refunds are reviewed case by case. We normally help with duplicate payments, keys that were not delivered, or a client that does not work on a supported system after troubleshooting.

Changing your mind after receiving or using a working digital license normally is not refundable. This does not remove any rights that cannot be waived.
